Hi all - hope someone can help !!!

I've downloaded the emulator and can play the zipped files (Hot Stuff, LOTR etc) but cannot get the 'RAR' files to load.

I appreciate I must be doing something daft but would be really gratedul if someone could help out.

Many thanks

.rar files are similar to winzip files. make sure you extract them to the same driectory where the emulator is stored.

Hi Max,

Thanks for the reply.

Problem seems to be that I cant 'unzip' them !

I save them to my PC in exactly the same way as the other zipped files but once on the PC - I dont seem to get the option to unzip.

Sorry to be a pain but can you (or anyone else) offer any more suggestions.

Thanks

Nath

Try downloading winrar and unzipping them through that, it worked for me :)

Just extract to 'any' folder and direct the emulator to that folder. When in mfme, go into game manager and find the dir with all your fruit machine folders in.

Now when you start it up, and go to load game, it will take you straight to your fruity folders :)

--------------------------------

Winrar for .rar files, Winzip for .zip files. I just use Winrar for both.

I've downloaded Win Rar (never even heard of it before today !) and am now playing Never Mind The Jackpots.

Thanks very much to all for help & suggestions.

Now for the Mega Streak followed by the SSS........

Cheers

Hi All and sorry to come back with yet more questions.

Per my previous posts - finally got the S4 games downloaded but cannot seem to get them to work properly.

They go REALLY slow then freeze.

Is this a common problem or is it my PC. If its my PC can anyone offer any suggestions how this problem can be overcome.

Other problem seems to be that sometimes games seem to load to stage where machine appears on PC but all lights are out. Remember reading on a post somewhere that opening the Debug' icon should help this but have no idea what to do when I've opened it.

Sorry for my seemingly endless list of questions but would love to get this working properly.

Many thanks (again)

Hi mate,

Emulators are very system-intensive, especially running the newer Roms that have been released. What's the spec of your PC, may need to invest in a better processor / another 512 / 1gb RAM... ;)
