downloaded a fruit machine , and dunno how to play it wen i open file there is just loads of folders .

Have you downloaded the emulator to run it on? ie mfme10.1? or jpemu? the software needs the hardware to run it.

It needs to be opened through an emulator, not just from the game file. Most will play through MFME 9.4, below is a link to more detailed instructions and the free download....
