I guess you raised his BB and he's reraised all in. poor play, but there's one bit of obvious advise for you here.

If you don't like bad beats (and who does) stop playing low stake, 5 seat TURBOS
it's a game of luck.

find yourself some deeper stack, slower games where you can make skill count.

I play 9, 27, 45 & 180 handed SnGs on Poker stars.
the 9 handers last between an hour and 90 mins.
the 180s rarely more than three and a half.
there's plenty of play in the stacks, even right at the end.
