ROI

Post by harry2 »

Any of you guys who play like to nominate a decent ROI. I've only been playing mainly $5 and $10 STT's on Paddy Power and Sharkscope shows me at 22%. I suppose if you played $100 or $200 a single figure would be decent. The sample is only about 250 games so time for some variance to kick in.

around the 20% is decent. have a look again at 5000 STTs

keep your own records, rather than rely on sharkscope

sharkscope got me at 9% over 788 games on mainly 6 and 10 dollar games ,while i am not saying this is any good ,i am in profit 41 dollars(big deal) ,and if it wasn't for the fact i go crazy when i know i shouldnt sometimes, it would be substantially more. if i had looked myself up a few hundred games ago i would be showing a rather more impressive roi ,games gone downhill recently probably coz i dont take it seriously as i did while i was doing well, or ive developed a weakness .i play at pokerstars under the same name.

Lugsy. When I started I was always going on tilt, swearing at lucky opponenets etc, but when I get outdrawn I know I made the right move and will win over the long run. Keep at it. Approximately 1 in 3 players are winners and it's like playing fruit machines, if you can win it doesn't matter about the money, just the fact that you can beat the system.

JG.

22% is excellent, but will it stay that way?
