Woohoo, for a change, I get there first! ;)
New one by Red, called Grub a Dub Dub! (LOL)
It's a DNA / X-rated feature, but with Normal / Super / Mega spins. Got £75 off of the top from around £15 in. Not a bad little game if you ask me.
May well be on test or something...
Anyone else bumped into this little jem?

"And do you ever contradict yourself, Minister?" "Well, yes and no..."

No wonder you liked it!Matt Vinyl wrote:Got £75 off of the top from around £15 in. Not a bad little game if you ask me..
I'm liking Life's a Beach at the moment, as it's in two nearby pubs and no-one's figured out how to play it yet. This probably gives me a window of about 2 or 3 weeks profit-grabbing!
Anyone know whether red Fly-the-Flag is better than gambling up to the top feature (Sunny Money)? Or will it pay the same dependant on mood...

Never seen one, no. I guess it was about time a Red failed a test though - they always seem to pass!Matt Vinyl wrote:Sorry to hoist this post back up the thread list, but I guess this one failed test? It was in the pub for a couple of weeks, never heard / seen anything more of it. Anyone?

Naff name, Naff game
*Caution, rant...*
All of Red's are the same. All they're doing is bringing out old games again, with a new name, and that spinny thing on the bottom.
If any of you think going £20 - £30 without a bonus, trail completion, and even £10+ without a hold is good fun, then you're all stupid!!
A = Amusement
W = With
P = Prizes
Where's the amusment in seeing £10 taken off you in a matter of milliseconds on the Mega Spin game.
From a manufacturers point of view, i understand it perfectly. From a hardcore gambler/player point of view, i see why people would play them. Well, actually, no i don't. I can win more back from roulette, poker, blackjack, and probably tossing one off in the local public loos in exchange for £10 and a copy of Razzle!
Seriously though, if you want a serious gamble, go to the bookies. Or better still, a casino. If you want to add single-handedly to the end of AWP's in pubs as we know them, keep playing these games. Then even LESS normal players will play them, and you'll just be recycling your own money over and over again. I can't afford to buy a pint, then see my £2/£3 quid eaten by Grub a Dub (naff name) Dub in less time than it would take me to eat my own head.
If anyone from Red reads this - fair play to you. You're tapping in to the only market left with AWP's - the core player. Where does that leave the rest of us who used to like value for money though?
*Rant over*

hmmm sounds like you have had a bitter experience with the good on RED machine there,
woudlnt say that there is any chance of the basic player giving up playing the reds and its never going to get to the stage that we are playing for our own money...most of us on here have a brain that if its not generally full, meaning its either being filled or PLAYED than its not worth the risk.
mega spin is NOT the only way to play these machines but a short burst of it..
and if casinos are SOO much better and you can make SOO much more maoney from those sorts of places then what are you doing here?
no one asked you to sign up for a fruit machine forum...
and also if the cant afford to put the change from the cost of a pint into the fruity then should you be in casinos, lot more to be lost in there...
just a thought
