reversing safe cashs

right after yesterdays knock back tops on reds i had another thought id like people to comment on before i try it and things go tits up

basically my manu of choice is reds and generally make some decdent money on all the ones by me....

anyways the question is..

say on top gize/CC or the like if you are offered say £10 on the "open pyramid" thing has anyone every reversed the next gamble to collect that bigger pyamid win and do you think it effects the time and value of the next top?

its prop a dumb question and i think the answer will be that it does effect it alot but saying that i dont get offered those safe amounts the mc is playing fairly/really well.

would you rather go for top straight away in force then play for afters or my method?

cheers guys

Heh - have done this a few times when I've got on the board off of my first couple of quid! I'm still quite confident that safe cash doesn't detract from the streak potential of the top board - may set it back a few quid however...

...Was playing a Casino Crazy on Friday (I know this isn't a Red, but same profile) I got a good £30ish off of safe cash etc, then got three machines off the bonus - £75 quid!

blimey..im now very tempted to give it a go now..i did think that if its offereing it then maybe it can afford to, there will always be someone that will try to turn things around. if i put say a £1 in and got to £15 on safe id do it..in my experience getting up that high RARELY go's all way to the jp and normally hits last TRAP all way down to £3 by which time your on a £10ish on cash then DEAD hehe.

not the worst signs though and will just play it out..

will give it a go soon tho matty n let you no the results.

cheers

Ive been reversing the gambles quite a lot lately and it does not seem to affect the play that much, still had some reds do a good top after taking a few good safe cashes a bit like dna.

safe cash can be annoying, as an example, jp genie, which often gives you big safe wins, which certainly seems to push back the streak arrival, it's all about how much safe cash you've collected... the more you take the more risky it is that the streak will go/wont come soon...

oh btw matt vinyl you must be the luckiest player alive, casino crazy by global is a terrible offering, we all detest them down here; they have a totally different profile to reds, how many reds they offer on board entry tells you nothing ie. all reds first board loses to exchange ( btw it always loses to the xchange if you have all reds unless flying ) then it costs £80 for a £25 top. My advice after playing a few is to stay well clear....

not wanting to have a gripe too much but Matt you always seem to get constant results on things like reds etc. constant £75+ streaks et al. where the reality is, reds often do rubbish £25 £25 streaks where you actually will probably lose even if it was happy... if this isn't the case for you, you don't know how lucky you are!!!

No worries mate, I do have a lot of luck on Reds and similar... ;)

The worst spell I had was with DNA when it really played up for a couple of weeks (dying on 2's / 11's for no particularly good win - only giving £30 off of the top and then dying for another £30-£40...)

Another dodgy spell was on a Top Giza that seemed to have a much different profile to the usual ones I play - may have just caught it at the totally wrong time though...

Have only played Casino Crazy 3 times now, had £75 the first, and then that big win just this Friday...
(Have also advised a lot of characters on here on doing better on Reds, who will hopefully back me up... ...guys? .... .... ....Guys?!?) ;) LOL

agreed you help others, but I'd like to point out that reds aren't always so nice, ( although up there with crest they are certainly the best )

I'd say a common mistake from players that are starting out is to overate red's after getting a big £75 + streak... unfortunately alot of the time they are not so nice, costing a lot to roll, and on rolling giving £25 on the top feature, and another £25 say £10-15 later, yielding a less worthy £35-40 overall streak... Losses of £50+ are quite feesible on red's, catch them wrong ( which is easier than you may think ie. refills, board value but no streak value ), and your in big trouble...

In general people tend to overate machines that they have a lucky streak on, example being pony express, which rarely streaks, as the cycle for the streak is over a few £1000, although still people think they often roll of JP... this is not the case, I once tried playing one out every day ( out of pig stubborness lol and there was a shed load of cash down the bottom ), and it took 15 days to get the roll, this is similar to all BFM's of the type which can be played out for about £35, but have a very small chance of rolling due to the cycle nature of the machine.

With red's the big streak potential is there, but so are the big losses, which I'd say isn't the case with other such companies as crest for example.

Note to self: Need to concentrate more on Uni final year revision rather than mess about being distracted :D

Nope, I definitely agree there. I think a lot of people treat reds as '£75 Jackpot' machines...

...As we all know, there can really be a nasty side to them. But as discussed elsewhere, discipline is key. I'll play each of the Reds near me once a week, sometimes less. But there are 12+ of them nearby... ;)

This technique seems to see me hit them pretty well. £75 on one Friday, it'll usually do it again the next Friday... There are a lack of players who force around my way...

I see what your saying matt but remember about a year ago nobody would force a red but because of dna lots of people do now so u have to be a bit carefull cos you know what its like to play an over forced red

Very true...

...A nasty experience...

...but usually not impossible to spot before getting too far into it - the reason I don't often lose heavily is because if the obvious signs are not there, I'll clear off before going in for more than a tenner. Even less than this if there's another (very obvious, I think) sign...

...And as I did point out, I have indeed come-a-cropper a few times. But the majority of times I've had a good return...

Just speaking purely from experience here.

Your right again mate you can see certain signs that a red nots gonna pay, ie red herrings but were lucky enough to spot it, poor punters

lol been there on DNA, was red x'ing but managed to cost a mamouth £150 to get the top... ended up getting most of the money back, but still....

usually fine though DNA as reds go, safest of all of them.

In general on red's showing red's is the only real sign that you aren't going to be burnt - sadly this is very rare within £10 - I suppose matt if you got off after £10 in if it wasnt showing reds you couldnt get done I'd agree, other signs such as number runner etc. are of less value, only indicating the board may want to give a £15/25, mind if your only playing for a top I suppose that wouldn't matter to you - but then it may not roll, so 6 of 1 and half a dozen of the other....

Agree with some points your saying ob, you do have to tread carefully at times however, in my opinion reds are the only manu to give consistant high streaks. You get more £50 - £100 streaks off reds than you do off any othere manu's machines.

As for the original post on safe gamble reversing, I would say that I only do that as after play, if you have just taken £50 - £75 and are offered a £10 safe win without it showing you might as well take it.

I disagree with taking £1000's before the streak value sets in on a red.

Ive had 75 tops on some reds weekly, in places less busy than they ought to be....

And also Matt, when you say obvious signs, have you not ever had the whole dead for a few quid, even a tenner, then it SPRINGS into life, and theres more red l.e.d's going than you can take in?

King.
