On A Roll

Post by Nixxy »

Wandered into a pub in the middle of Putney High Street this afternoon and thought, 'Hmm... that's odd, they've got two Jackpot Gems in here'

On closer inspection I find that one of them is indeed Jackpot Gems, but the other is called 'On A Roll', and is more identical a clone than I've ever seen.

Not only was the board layout identical, but the fonts used, colours, everything - completely identical. Only difference being the name of the top feature - which instead of being called 'Jewel in the Crown' is called 'Lucky Streak', and a few different standard feature names.

Bit odd that they'd site these two machines in the same pub. Both had been trashed.

Yeah, I found one of these the other day. I've seen a Shark Raving Mad and All Fired up in the same pub once and two Extremes in the same pub a couple of times - couldn't complain really :)

Haha

Yeah, many pubs including Harvesters, toby carverys etc etc love to have like two extremes in. I ve got a harvester which used to have two unchipped extremes in there but now they are chipped...still good profit though.

Also was in Walkabout and they have two invincibles! lol

Toothless, what were the unchipped extremes in there? Are you talking about the one of gudgeheath Lane? What machines were unchipped.

Was the one in Fareham... Not sure the name of the road.

I think there was a Round the Bend and bucket loads in there unchipped. Now the round the bend has become chipped and they have brought in a chipped Most Daunting.

On the subject of chipped extremes.. i have seen the odd unchipped Bucket loads, blings, round the bends and doctors and nurses... but lots and lots of Most daunting.

Was just wondering if anyone knows why that there are more MS unchipped still around and less of the others?

lol.

Ive had about 4 uncipped bucket loads. Actually when i first got hold of the 'key' trick there were loads of them about. To be fair i was making loads at the time and didn't play anything else but these.

Its a massive shame that i didn't know the setups and nudge trick back then otherwise i would of been making even more.

After keying them to death, i used to get off them when they were showing 1 nudge, one super spin and £1 starts... to our knowlegde now though you can still make £20s just from the set ups and get £75s off nudge trick!

When the key trick came out did anyone actually know the setups? Or know how to play the extremes inside out like we all do know?

i in them too death as well for a few months.

bumped into another slotter who kindly showed the bonus set up and the nudge trick.

when i think off the times i've gambled on a 1 or 12 before the trick, all them potential big wins, its so obvious when you think about it but hey you don't know till your told.
