Coin control routing cable

Hi I'm new to this just bought a pulsation fruit machine for my wifeand it won't fill the hopper auto or even when I use the refill key the coin go straight to the bottom I looked on Google and did what was told, no joy ,so I removed the c354a coin control and found that the routing port was empty looked all over can't find the plug any where so I confused does it need one if so where do I get 1 cheers
