opt 100p alarm 01

Hi guys, I am a female so please be gentle with me lol
I bought my very first fruit machine (red fruit machine) Grub a dub dub, and it keeps on telling me opt 100p alarm 01, what do i do to stop the alarm and this message coming up, please help me

Just a hopper jam,

just pull the two clips one the balck casing of the hopper and it should detatch
you will see a coin jamed in the optic sensor

shouldn't take two seconds to remove

I Have the same problem and don't have anything stuck in coin mechanism any other sugestions as to how to clear this alarm problem
i used to play this in demo mode only so no coins are in this machine at all

Sorry Guys and Gals,
Have checked the hoppers again and found 2 jammed coins from my son's lads night in ( the sods)
