Best result yet off this tonight.
On a tuesday night this 1 bar is almost impossible 2 walk out of in profit, it has 5 machines but only 3 are worth playing.
I walked in, got a pint, 10 into popeye walked off with 15. Went to Hi Lo, 5 in was on bout 2 or 3quid on the cash trail, got horseshoes - 105
Walked away, finished my pint and f'd off.
Best thing was the barman was watchin me (a mate of mine) he announced to the few people that were in what happened ("105 FUCK ME I AINT SEEN THAT BEFORE!!!!") and before I left some fool actually changed a note at the bar and went onto it.

1st time I've lost on one tonight ;-(
Got stung by one tonight big style, anyone else had one do £30+ in for a 'board' ?!
did have wins in between but killed on 1st gamble every time! absolute tripe.

Did notice that the 3rd reel was not seated correctly though, so someones been inside the machine, chipped or maybe just refilled by a f''kwit ??

Yep i lost just over a 1er on one day, Richard lost a fair bit on one the other day, there going to get worse when the average joe stops playing them when they realise they are getting no gameplay whatsoever!

There is two factors why these machines are now shit (and by shit, I mean, its a red gaming, take it how u find it but its certainly nothing special).

1. People in pubs now realise how to play the board. (this is the worst news)
2. Every man and his dog is now looking for them and battering them.

I took 150 out of my new one, then 230 out of it the next time.

I made a staggering £25(ish) profit both times. Yet people were fascinated with my coin tray literally containing the hopper.

Conincidentally, they have now moved the machine in front of the bar so Ive started changing up 60-100 coins a visit for extra fire.

I wish the likes of GamesTek would point out to all people that have machines "If you cant understand a red gaming takes millions an
d pays millions (-28%), dont bother having a red gaming in your pub."

Coins coming out does not constitute a win, nor mean any illegal activity has occured.
Bollocks to all you idiots!

yeh, I'd like to point out although I had that bad result, they are generally fine; a point I'd like to make about new reds, is that if they have recently been forced and then refilled, OH DEAR GOD YOU ARE IN MAJOR TROUBLE.... unlike older ones, that if past £5 they'll do £50ish for £35, which although is not great, it's a minor loss...

On the new ones, even past £5, you'll end up BIG in for £35 (£80+), and reforcing only usually merits another flat... BIG BIG losses... be careful...

Yeah agree with ob, knowing ya refills is so important, and stuff like cob, can be past a fiver but nowhere near a top, i.e 7quid block. Just be careful I guess!

Well I tell u also what they can do and it's done it 3 times - the 3rd time I knew it was doing it but wanted to find out for sure.

Red from start - say around £30 in for £35 then takes about 10 back for another £35 so around £30 up - on another red u would (I would) happily walk.

But since I (and others on this forum) have had many £35 then £70's I thought it might still be on so tried another board - all red, still gambling high and hitting red features (including find the pea)

But..... it's dead. Guaranteed - I played it back through all 3 times as like a "test" and ended up around the same up or just a slightly bit dead.

So when I say dead i mean not dead but 100% not up for another quick one.

One of them took £70 back and did a £70 - so still £30 up but still.

My point is that if u hit one after it's just been done and are expecting a healthy profit u may get pretty stung....
