I was playing this machine last night. Stuck £10 in it on 25p plays and got game over'd every time it hit chance. Went to the toilet intending to go back and try again, I got back someone else was playing it. No big deal I thought, let him fill it up for me. He put £2 and took £80 out of it. Utter W@nker. First time he'd ever played it too...

EDIT: Also first proper post

Could well be, started to see these on £5 converts now which is sometimes the indicator that they aren't doing their job on £35. Very strange as its such a new machine.

Made about £51 on these today.
£5 in on the worst board ever, had £1.60 or pot shot so hit Boom or Bust which hit a high up feature (forgot which one :o ops: ) and went for £26. A fiver later got MS as my property, which went for a flat £35 .

Best ever result on this.

Agreed Redgamer. 100% there's something on these.

I camped out from 9am at a chain pub which features an item of cutlery in it name. Took it easy. Newspaper. Disguised as a normal person.

Someone is playing games with me, they must know who I am.

Basically formed an allegiance of spies. Flitting between three pubs and one arcade, hoping to catch them. At 11:10 my mobile rings. Alert! Alert! Two lads playing Monopoly HP. Raced across town - BURST INTO the pub. No good, I recognised one of them as a 'muntling'. Snooped for a bit, but they were obvious just playing fair and square.

Alert! Alert! The one in the Showboat was being played, fill up day so a real tempter for any pros if an emptier was the name of the game. False alarm, a stray popping in a bit of shrapnel.

Alert! Alert! Alert! Alert! Down to the sports bar, quite a way this one. Pegged it along....BURST INTO the pub. Two unknowns, two randoms. This could be it, they loooked......playerish......Ho Hum. Bought a pint and disguised myself as a quiz machine.

Alert! Alert! It seemed one of my other ALERTers was turning into a deserter, he had to start work. Jeez!!!! That was part of the plan - no one was TO DO ANY BLOODY WORK OF ANY KIND TODAY. Unless this is a conspiracy. Turned it these lads weren't The Real Mccoy. Took about £20 out and drunk up and left pub. Yes, we were subtle, we're not Blazing Squad hawking over shoulders. We look like intelligent businessmen with disguised perpendicular retro-blind super periscopes up our trousers with video recording equipment. It's all very James Bond.

One man down, working a security shift for some bloody....place. Legged it over to location two. WAS THIS A CONSPIRACY? DISASTER HAD STRUCK IN A DAILY REFILL PUB it was NOW........<<drum roll>> £149 light. Ahem. Ahem. Ahem. Ahem. ALERT! Something FISHY. Also the Walk of Wealth with the SAME NOTECHANGER (smiley red glow, no arrows in sight, can't rememebr name, sorry) was not nearly so light. No toolers unless there's a rare rip for these changers that no one knows about and one changer is kitted up and the other isn't.

NO - DODGY as FOOK. £149 light in the space of maybe half an hour. Must have been full before, proper refill pub, unless refilled one machine with £250 and the other with £100 odd. I can only assume it had been played and won on.

I called around and told the team the mission was off. It seemed Spoonerspoons was the best bet for me and one other. About £90 had gone over the back from other players. However guard was kept at the one remaining location and the Showies.

I tried loads of stuff. Primarily holding down buttons whilst BoBing or trying bits of other emptiers. Pressing buttons when collecting streaks. Taking follow me and messing up the second sequence (not free and it cost a bit to find out). We went through all the methods. Not a bean.

Note to jaffacat/Wildcat/?cat, sorry forgot your name, I'll do you a PM, but your suggestion didn't work unfortunately.

We tried it all. Pissing around with turbo cash. Timeouts, rips, button presses, Bobing. Pressing all the buttons at once. Collecting and Bobing.

Then onto Showies. The last contact had witnessed a few bob over the back and was already on it. By the time we got there it was uncle happy. Looked like the 'box' reel had been cleaned....GRRRRRRR. We missed a £20 because of that. Also the beautiful tell tale dot of MS had been eradicated. Double GRRRRRRR. I didn't join in on this one, but a few more things were tried and from a machine which apparently had some value in to start off with it (90%) was a £40 loss, although about £300 cycled, so if on 90% with a 10% save then fair enough. We didn't leave it ultra dead, we'd had enough by that point. Sometimes you can end up paying £50+ for your £20 COB and then you're going back in to %.

Then we got glammed up and fought with some money Kesh style to regain our loses substantially. Basically we did about £200 through the Monops - not one proper GATW, did have a forced £43 which may have been free. When all was shared out, about +£80 net each.

I was not flavour of month. Won a bit on some stuff out of town, came back into town, got stung big time on a Snakez. Felt like I was going around in circles. Checked the three Monops, Spoons was pretty much as we left it. The SBar was £62 off and GC (where left ungaurded earlier on) was £126 off. SBoat I couldn't key, but the notey was on, run a couple of purpleys thourgh until boarding, actually collected £5 from my £4 plays, took out £41, light still on. So looks like they just did the one non chain, daily refill pub and left the town. Wierd. I'd have done all three pubs and Showboat and taken my £600. Still, one pub, £149 off from full. Jesus. There IS SO <MUCH something on this. HAS TO BE.

As Nails says, if a machine appears to be playing bad all the time, i.e you're getting the worst of it, you're probably not playing the machine right.

Fair enough.

Maybe I have a snake in the grass amongst my band of merry men. perhaps I was conspiratorised against and the way was cleared in this pub to go forth and win £149. I may not be the best player around, but I'm sure I'm the leader here. I may be being arrogant, perhaps someone has a contact who knows, snuck in. Either way, I have to be prepared that someone knows that I wasnt to know and will go out of there way to find out. Maybe I should camp out in some other towns.

There's something on this and I'm making it my personal mission to FIND IT OUT. I shall start paying off Bar X people in Showboat to keep their eyes peeled. I need names, pictures on camera phones of randoms. Car registration plates. Faces, places, names, attitudes, winnings, losing, methodings.

I am going to put <<mystery location>> on FULL ALERT. I'll be keeping a close guard in my local at all times as well. I have my ear to the ground.

I WILL CATCH YOU, YOU BASTARD SWINE UBERPROS (no offence meant to the poster of the name Uber pro who posts here sometimes)
I KNOW THERE IS SOMETHING ON THIS MACHINE.

>>Interruption. Just got a text to say that one of my mates ran a load of £20s through that other machine to get the balance low. If they were going to waste a day off work, they may as well wind me up apparantly. Seems it was done by the age old method of bunging in a £20 and collecting £18. Good one. yeah. very funny. I know no one is taking me particularly seriously on this...but I STILL MAINTAIN there is SOMETHING ON THIS MACHINE. None of the machines today were SUPER DEAD. By super DEAD I mean DEADER THAN GETTING £35 NON FREE FROM A PREMATURE UNCLE BOARD AND THEN HAVING THE AUDACITY TO BLAP A £20 BoB...SUPE DEAD IS DEADER THAN THAT. Not as dead as a batterred POWER 5 (that'd be really suss) but still SUPER DEAD.

Look, the Showboat Monop has been £235 off a couple of times now. Spoons has been very low. Even my local, but not way off the beaten track, has been suspiciously low compared to other bits and pieces.

Am I being stupidly paranoid? Am I wasting my time spying for an emptier? Should I camp out with Spider at the services?

I shall STILL CONTINUE IN MY QUEST TO FIND THE METHOD/EMPTIER for MONOPOLY HOT PROPERTY. That is because there is an emptier.

If you want me to cease my quest....PM me the emptier and we'll tidy up all my musing.

Well to add to all the bad stories, I just remembered the time when it was letting them spin for 3 uncles on the winline..

Now we all know that is a damn damn good sign on this or similar machines.

It was even gambling for the 3rd uncle i.e. 2 uncles n i was on an 11 and went lower n it gave it me.

Still lost.

Also I completely agree that value is sapped by taking hot property. But if that is that case what the hell do u go for?

And have u noticed cash or bust regularly gives u (when not bust) about half what u've put in..

- £8 in COB - £3
- £20 in COB £10 or even worse - £7.
- £40+ in - I'd honestly take something and walk. You WILL lose a lot of money. Looking back the amount of times I could have been about £30 down and ended up about £80 down is sickening.

Stupid change machine gave me 9 £1 coins and 10 10ps grrr. Decided to throw the 10ps in Monopoly HP for 2 spins. Held uncle 1 and uncle 2. Then I got a let them spin. Took streak for a nice £10 as I was on ?.
Then my mate chucked his 10ps in too, and won £5 in two spins.
That's amazing from this machine.

Maybe this is the secret emptier, only use 10ps!!!!

Anfield you're bang on mate but I seem to wander onto shite machines when I've just lost on something I shouldn't have.

i.e. Cluedo showing straight away which cost £50 for lines then got annoyed and went on the big reds DOND and lost a fortune.

I do it a lot and need to stop.

The worst thing is when I get home a decent amount up and think shit - how much extra would I be up if I didn't play pieces of shit!!!

Really bad habit I need to kick...

Your playing cleudos wrong then if it cost that much no matter what program, dont collect as much as you do!

Never take middle cash pots as they flatten it if they repeat!
Dont take fast cash as you can accidentaly hit a high wil!

just set the 11 or 2 and take 2nd feature! for £2

or if it plays up take a hi-lo red and reverse on £9!
