The official SMTM hatez thread
I've got a few that I regularly do, and they are usually £30-40 profit, very rarely play up, often do £70 tops, tbh anfield with this machine you want it to be in a location where no one else is forcing it, ie. not town centre, then they behave better. When I used to play in central london they were much worse.
That has to be the single most shite feature in the history of Reds. The only time I've ever taken it, was on a new machine where I didn't know the name of the feature (and I'd drained it or I was hoping to snare a quick £5 off of £1-£2 quid.) I don't think I've ever got over £4. lolMatt Vinyl wrote:fast cash red
It has the same sort of delay as Red's Stop 'n' Step does, but the trouble is, as soon as you hit it, it can move down 3 or 4 cash places before stopping, as opposed to up!
Of course, I recognise all the FC's on Reds now, so avoidance is always easy! ]
I have had JP from Red fast cash on a Genie on more than 1 occasion
Yes the new ones are poor
It is obvious though as goes no higher than the block eg £5/£10
If its at a £5er block and u hit £4 first go it will judder between £4/£5 all day long
I *did* go back in after the losing 6 on £25. It took my bank+£5 for another £35. Then I had £15 off mega spins, but lost first gamble and I later found it wasn't gambling past £10. IN the end I felt lucky to get £25 from S'nS on greens and yes I played it messy, loose and not to maximum expectation. The fact that it was giving HR for £10 was a bit of a surprise. Anyhow, I cut my losses as I'd otherwise had a good day and didn't feel the need to chase and just pay more to %
I've had three £105s off Snakez and never seen it on a Mummy.
They're worse than FNC because I reckon they're harder to milk and obviously they throw fake reads, although.....well......y'know......some fucker is probably reading this that.....yeah....can't say nothing now can you?
Someone asked didn't alarm bells ring?
Well good question, the fault was with my original tunnel vision approach. I did say to myself if it's not through I'll just bail out at £30. Unfortunately you don't always get to check that regularly. It killed on good numbers pre £20 and there was a big gap and then a bit of killing at £45ish, by which point you're pot committed. Then the £10 came.
My usual approach is to collect at first and that is what I should have done. It's a 'shot to nothing' so to speak. Safety with a possibility of opening up the pack and pulling out a good break.
Why I deviated I don't really know. I think it's because I actually saw the machine being pumped for a while and thought it was a dead cert to go in for the big guns.
I posted the story to show that errors happen. Even if full and I've seen it pumped I will never go in for one of these again without dipping my toe in. The same can really go for if I am trying one that is £200 off full.
The trouble is, if they are just recycling value, is there ever any value in forcing these?
You see invincibles definitely save value. So if Mr. cycle cycles around for £300, yes the £5 block will be there initially but woosh, it'll soon buzz up. Whilst go in at the wrong point and you'll be seeing blue upon blue until it goes in blue for a flat.
It seems this mid-breed of Red may save value, but they won't necessarily gift it to the forcer.
On the flip side, I've played SMTM and say taken a toggle for a blue and then you know in remaining credits you get in and the temerate strata pays over the bar. Then before you know it, it's AHEM and flava. I reckon these drop value at random times. Sometimes with a push, so you get a 3 jackpot run down.
I should never have gone in like that, for sure. It may have gifted me more by milking, maybe a bonus as I said. Probably anti-player, detected force and did me.
