not sure who deals with this but can we change the default avatar to something vaguely disparaging?
this for example

also MJD why do you still not have an avatar it is really easy to do.

you can get one from the gallery by clicking the profile link at the top right.
if you want king rollo you'll need to do an image search. well that's what i do.
