JPMs Ker-Ching and Mazooma Jumpin Jack Cash

I have just bought both of these machines about 10 days ago and had them delivered, they turned up broken! I have sent them back to be fixed, but unsure of what the problems are, i would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me.

Ker-Ching- The bottom light would come on but the rest of the machine does not work, the bank,notes, credit screen does not work and the rest of the machine will not initialize inc reels ans other lights.

JJC- Powers up, says initailize on the screen and when it gets to test the flexi reel it gets to a certian point then jams, causing a reel 4 error.

What is wrong?
