Maygay - "Cash is King" - Loud Drone

Hi there, Hopefully someone is able to help with my problem.
Machine - MayGay, 'Cash is King'
Problem - When turning on the machine i hear the alarm (loud mono-tone sound, could be described as a low pitched drone).
More Info - i aquired this machine off my brother who doesn't have manuals. if it is required i can take detailed pictures of the machine if you don't know it.
