Hi all,
I have a V it Up in a Horizon cab and there a low but annoying buzzing noise coming from both speakers !!!!

Is the PSU on it's way out or do i just have to put up with it ?

Any help would be jolly nice. :o ops:

Most of them do it .

i read some where that it was the smoothing capacitors on the mpu but from
experince on pc and car audio systems it is just electrical interferince coming from the power supply also bad grounds can also cause stuff like that.

But even if u do fix the speaker fault u will still here the power supply buzzing a wee bit under load ie when all lights are on.

i am going to try and fit some new coils to my power supply and put a high frecuency filter in my speaker just as an experement .

But the answer to ure question is no they mainly all make a noise just some louder than others.

but once again aionly know a bit about electrical stuff ie pc, car not alot about fruits
but hope this helps

Most speaker buzzing, interference is caused by the lamp driver boards believe it or not, infact if you put your ear right next to the speaker you can actually hear the different levels on buzz as the lights flash. But like someone just said, these machines are designed for busy arcades, pubs and are not built for quite private homes lol even tho i have 18 in my garage
