I think one dosent need a problem to read this link.
Its best to be prepared for all eventuallity and maybe we could have a link for common problems?
like a sort of read this before you post.
for example a list of past problems which have been solved so your man can have a basic idea of what to do before he posts or removes bits n boards etc, maybe making the problem worse.
