hi i hope u can help, my machine won't pay out anything i win at all, it used to pay out in coins and tokens but now doesn't ??, is there a reset switch i can press, i can take the money out of the tube by pressing the springs back but tha'ts all ??

the coins have to be at a certain level when using tubes or it wont pay out.

hi, filled tubes up but still not paying outused to pay out small wins any wins over 2 quid paid out in tokens but still nothing, can see amount in bank on sreeen and make a noise when i try to collect but noise is not the same type as when it used to pay out i.e. all money falling down the tube, bank counter just goes down to zero but no cash ??

its probably a mechanical problem, the tubes have a solenoid which when activated push out a coin from the bottom of the tube. Is there a blockage or have the tubes moved from their position?
with the machine switched off, can the mechenism be pushed with a screwdriver thus pushing out a coin? this done gently, withiut forcing.
