Jpm hollywood nights

Hi
i dont know if i was a mistake or not i just bought a jpm hollywood nights fruit machine but i am having no joy with it.
the main board has four red leds that are lit up (is this ok or should they be off)and i have 3X reel lights on but that is it.the coin mech seems to work and i have a red led on a smaller pcb that is also on.
but nothing else works.
could anyone give me some advice or info on what i need to do please.
