Star wars a new hope Seek Tab Failed Alarm 24-A7 Reel D Setup GRRRRR HELP PLEASE!!!

Hi all!!
I just purchased a barcrest star wars a new hope machine just in time for the new star wars movie.....
I have the Dreaded Seek Tab Failed
Alarm 24-A7
Reel D Setup
So basically the top 4th reel is not spinning/setting up.
I have checked the sensor and reel sensor are both are intact. The reel spins freely by hand-nothing catching. It tries to move when powered on but not far.
When powered on-if you go to move the reel by hand- you feel the motor resistance like all other reels with slight buzz.
Do i need to change the whole reel/motor or does anyone on here know any other way of fixing this issue?
Any advice be most apprecaited or if you have the part or parts i need would also be fantastic.
