cops and robbers, no power, please help...

Hi, newbie here looking for help.
Brought a cops and robbers machine for my new mancave, when I got it it worked fine, stored it in my dad's garage for a few months while I worked on the shed, went to try it out and take it to its new home, only to find it now don't work :-(.
It has power to the switch with the red light, I have changed to fuse under it but still nothing happens, all I get is a few clicking sounds and sometimes a buzzing from one of the speakers.
I've had a look inside and it is a scorpion 4.
When I switch on I can see 4 green lights light up and there is a red flashing light just above the dil switches.
I could upload a pic if needed.
Anybody out there got any ideas????

if the red light is flashing, its meeans the boards restting,
Possibly the gamecard has become loose during transport?

Have a look at the green battery on the scorpion board it's quite possibly leaked and killed the board. You'll be able to tell if it's leaked easily enough. If you need to get a replacement board it's good practice to desolder or cut the battery off and reattach it via a couple of wires then put it in coin bag or similar and just tape it out the way somewhere inside the cab. Means you won't repeat the battery leak board kill.
