Its a JPM impact tech machine.

right pain in the arse to fault find on. it has a spserate sound, programm, cpu and motherbard.
the battery is on the cpu board and might e worth checking , if it bursts and leak acid over the board, your fooked

this tech is 20 years old, by the sounds of things you have a a payout problem. possible faulty/damaged solonoid or triac or could even be the payout tray not seated correctly. (payout tray is connected by push fitting, simply pushing it forward and securing with a screw can fix alot of issues)

the triac board started life positioned on the payout tray, but this made the machine vunreable to attack so it was moved underneath, hidden away (not ideal if your working on the machine)

i can't think of much else

this coinmech is an old mech fitted with an aftermarket adaptor to allow the machine to take 5's and new tens and possibly £2 coins.
if it works, then leave it alone, or you'll end up with a routing nightmare.

I do not know what the boards on the left handside of bottom photo do.
I suspect there something to do with the hopper payout system you have, which is unusual on these machines.

yeah, that the battery, looks pretty clean right enough.

if you are going to replace it, move the battery somewhere else and connect by wires to the board..

with club machines the % is usually controlled by the dil switches.

look around the machine for info on this, jpm were pretty good at attaching info to inside of machine.

look for anything regarding to sdwitch settings.
