Barcrest Bling King Crazy Hopper Help

Hi all,



Bit of an "experienced newbie" if I can call myself that! Recently had a fault with the Bling King Crazy Barcrest machine where I had a simple replacement of a LCD Meter which got rid of the alarms, etc. on start up. Now, however, when the machine is due to pay out, the balance clears but no money is paid out. No hopper movement happens either (except a feint clicking sound). The owner of the machine may have pushed the "hopper topped up" button when the alarms were going off on the previous fault. There is only around 10 pounds in the hopper which was plenty for the small pay-outs which have failed. Any thoughts? Many thanks in advance.

sounds like hopper is jammed or opto is dirty
