Coins now just falling into the tray.... help :/

So I have a Coinworld Bear X machine, all was working fine, sister decided to have a play on it when I was away and said that coins were just falling straight through into the tray, have tried £2, £1, 50p, 20p, 10, all do the same thing come straight out into the tray, without registering credits.

The only thing I did that could have possibly casued something to happen was I purchased a refill key, put it in and turned it (188 came up on the screen) but because I didnt have time to fiddle I just turned the key and took it back out.

hopper is working fine when I drop £1 straight into it...

Any ideas what it could be or what I could do to sort it?

make sure its not in refil mode as you have turned a key.

make sure door switches are in the closed position...

if you ind nothing wrong then you need to have a look at them, make sure its in correctly and not jammed etc
