Cliffhanger Alarm fault

Hi.. I have the 'Cliffhanger' fruit machine, in good condition but has alarm fault, machine works fine with door open but once door is shut and it resets the alarm goes off??? Any ideas??

You need to be more specific about the alarm, does it have an error code on the display ?

Right.... It says the following " alarm 17-83 pnd opto blocked tamper " ???????????????

blocked opto on the hopper or jammed hopper or faulty hopper or disconnected hopper would do it.

Cheers Buzzer... A sensor on the opto which is the coin outlet was the problem, seems to be okay now!
