Error 21 deal or no deal 2008 model

Hi there,
Does anyone know what could be causing this and how I can repair it

a problem with reel 1, (reel furthest to the left when looking at the machine..)

have a look round the reel , see if theres anything obvious preventing it from spinning properly.
