Astra party slots

I have a asta party slot and it won't accept coins it has a cash flow on it and when I put a coin in the green led flash red then green 3 times then returns to green and dose this with every coin I put throw it can it be a power issue

if my memory serves me right, that means machine inhibiting coin.
could be:
coin mech set up incorrectly
refil key active
door switches not closed
payout pending
among other stuff..
did it work and stop suddenly or has it never worked since you got it?

The led on the coin Mec starts green when you put a pond in it flashes red three times and then returnes green
