Party slots Astra

Hi. Just got myself a new machine party slots Astra. It has seven different games: reel king, little devils, golden seven, party games slotto and super gambler, circus time, bullon bars 500. First few weeks it was running fine, it came up with the blue screen of death saying it needs an update so we changed the U1 chip. Since then when the machine comes on it will half load and then come up with a message saying 'unauthorised RAM clear detected call attendant'.... Does anyone what to do?????

i have a feeling you will have to clear the fault.

i think it will involve opening the doors, turning the refil key and looking through the fault logs, should be an option to clear.

We have tried this but couldn't see that option. Wasn't sure if there's a way to plug in a keyboard to the main computer.
