Poker Face start problem

Hi thanks for letting me join. Im totally new to all this but I have a poker face machine that wont start up. I switch it on and it says validating game. After a few minutes it seems to kick up and accasionally all lights up and makes a few game sounds then immediately goes back to validating game. Ive also got another machine identical that doesnt work either. Any help will be much appreciated. Many thanks :/
