Help needed with Maygay cashflow £15 jackpoyh

Hi I recently purchased a Maygay machine, it only come with top and bottom locks, I have purchased a refill key but this seems to do nothing, when I try to dump, as I'm a newbie here any help would be appreciated thankyou

have you taken bottom door off,put refill key in turn to right,then press down hopper dump button (located where cash trays are in bottom) until you hear a bleep,then scrolling screen will tell you to press start button to dump hopper. you should hear it spin and chuck out any quids. if the key isnt working then check that the wires are actually still attatched to the refill key slot on the inside. hope this helps
