Fruit Machine Chat

I have a Global wild side fruit and I suspect the battery is gone. This is the battery I need. My question is can I put 3.6v from a bench PSU to the points to test my theory that the battery has gone?

put credit in the machine and switch it off overnight

if the credit is still there in the morning then the battery is fine..

Have a look on ebay for the battery it was only £3-£4 not so long ago and free p&p
