Hi all!

First post - first problem!

My dad recently got himself a Fantaztec Fruitmachine by JPM.

It's a good looking machine but have been having some issues.

The Coin-mech was not accepting coins all the time. My dad had a "fiddle" with it and got it working about 90% of the time. He then tried again but after another "fiddle" it didn't work at all.

He sent the coin-mech away via a 3rd party for repair. When it came back the machine seemd very "dim" the machine did not work as expected and the coin-mech still didn't work.

The mech was then sent away again. Niow it's beack the machine appear "brighter" however not operating as it should. The sounds and lights are just not right and the mech still does not register credit (although the machine still has some credit left from before it stopped working).

I'll try and link to a video of the machine booting up and a small amount of gameplay.

We don't have any instructions for the machine and wondered if it needs some kinds of reset??

Any help would be appreciated - we really would like to get playing again and hope the machine is past fixing!

i dont see anything wrong in your clip apart from the fact theat the speaker is diconnected.

as for the coinmewch, more info is needed, make a video of the inside of the machine, show the coinmech main board etc....

my dad says the lights are not working correctly. For example the lights on side of the case don't change colour anymore. I thought it was because it has credit it does not need to "attract". Does that make sense?

I'm going round soon so will do another video.

For now is there a system reset? Or better yet somewhere we can find a basic manual?

thanks for your time.

Must be plugged in as getting some sound but not all. Is there a way to change volumes?

Going to my dad's now. If anyone knows how to reset a jpm and set default settings please let me know.

Thanks for your help.
