Hi Guys,

First of all apologies that my second post is asking for help, but if I can offer and help back regarding anything I will be more than happy.

I have recently acquired a Fantaztec JPM machine which I am am chuffed about from my next door neighbour , however I am having some issues.

It started off with a 60 00 error which I have found out is a general meter fault so I opened up the machine to check the connections to the meter which seemed ok , and the display on the meter is working fine. I check the connection on what I think is the motherboard and then the machine started working briefly then came up with and error 43. I opened it up again and checked the connection into what I think is the motherboard, then the display stopped working....
I decided to remove the motherboard after reading about batteries leaking, and found that the battery has leaked quite bad and a few of the terminals around the battery have corroded or have a powder like substance n them. Could this be the cause of the issue? Everything else seems to work fine on the machine and I am told it worked fine before it was store for the last year and a half. Whatnisnthe best way to resolve this , do I need a new board? Can I repair the board I have? Can I disconnect the battery? Way is the likeliness of finding a replacement board for this machine?

Any help will be gratefully received

Many thanks
Dom

Hi dom, replace the battery, you can get these from maplins and are Varta 3.5 volt. Error 4.3 is a stuck button / switch. You can get a Pluto 6 main board from e-service for around £90 on advance replacement. Hope this helps.
