Fruit Machine Chat

I'm very new to all this and any help would be much appreciated. We recently bought an old cops and robbers fruit machine. it was working ok until my wife and son decided to take a look inside and touch a few things. My wife seems to remember unplugging the reel as it was loos apparently and she seems to think my son may have spun it by hand. Now, when starting, all four reels spin the first three stop and the fourth just spins. an alarm goes off and then we are getting error 23 it seems as though its not finding its correct position
i'll call an engineer if needed but would like to avoid it if possible.

error 2.3 is a problem with the 3rd reel.

have u maybe knocked th reel tab off?
