hi all,

just got a mazooma knock out machine had to play around with door switches to get it off free play which I have done but now I have error message pay unit err 17, the top hopper was full of silver 5ps 10ps etc which I have cleaned out. switched it off n back on again but still get same error message ? also am very new to this so need as much help as poss

check if the hopper is not jammed take it out clean it
make sure all wires are in take out an put back in on the board aswell just incase they come lose

hi thanks done this all working brill now only thing if I put silver in it all goes into the top £1 hopper and not the bottom trays? thanks for your help was proper chuffed when it all worked lol

hi done this and working mint now thanks for help!! only problem is it is putting silver coins in the top hopper with the £1 coins? how do I set it to send them to the trays in the bottom thanks for your help
