i recently bought a barcrest count ya cash fruity but theres no manual with it. anybody know where i can pick one up? or will it be a standard mpu 6 manual?

The generic MPU6 manual should tell you much of what you need to know. Finding one for the specific machine might be more of a challenge...

Maybe there is a switch for lo/hi/ultra hi/ridiculously high streak setting?
