How do people, can anyone direct me into getting into the menu on my empire games machine I've also got a barcrest king K.O and want to access the menu both to turn volume down, many thanks

Have you tried holding down the left hold button and turning your refill key? Should work on the crest mate.

No doors need to be open as far as i know.
