my machine was in storage for two weeks.
when i picked it up and plugged it back in it didnt power up was wondering if anyone could suggest any problem solving techniques i could try.
However there is power to the board as there is a red flashing led that is constantly on.
i tried the game card,the reset button and the power supply itself but nothing.
please help!!!!!!!!

If it's been moved around, then try re-seating any boards slotted into the main board.

thanks i have removed the board which plugs into the main board and re entered it and still the same flashing led

Next stop is to carefully check the backup battery for leakage. It soon happens when they are switched off in store, particularly in fluctuating temperatures...

It will be on the main board, probably green and have "Varta Mempac" printed on it.

Thanks for that mate I have checked it are there seems to be no leakage.
Is there anything else you could suggest?
