maygay Kerching fruit Machine not taking all pound coins

my machine takes £1 coins as and when it feels like, all other coins are ok, £1 coins drop straight to the winning coin tray.
I have tried resetting machine by powering off and leaving it for half hour, but it is still the same.

Please can you help

Take out the mech and open the flap where the coins roll down, then give it a clean with warm soapy water (don't use any detergent as it can damage the mech) to remove built up dust/sweat etc. Then make sure its dry.

hi, is it a cf126 coin mech? if yes = common fault is the metal plate on coin entry splitted = need superglue to stick it back.
