Bell Fruit Gold Digger Club PSU 56 ERR

Just switched my machine on for the 1st time in ages and get the above err msg.
Anyone know what it is and can it be fixed please?
Prior to this I used to get ERR 60 but have fitted a new counter.

you have a promblem with the psu regarding 12/24v fail
cheack to see the status on the mpu (green leds)
what mpu is fitted?

Hi Dazzer.
Thanks for your reply.
It has a circuit board with Scorpion 4 on it.
The 4 green LED's are all on.
The red button silences the sound of the alarm but it soon comes back on.
When switched on the machine initialises, checks sound and checks rom then comes up with the error msg.
