Hopper float

Hi All, My Barcrest "Mega Zone" will not accept coins on the refill key. The machine is in our clubhouse and when we closed for the winter i emptied the hopper by turning it upside down for quickness. Dont know if i disturbed it? Was playing ok otherwise. Any ideas anyone please????

when you put your coin in does it go to the bottom bins,or to the payout tray

It seems Your hopper thinks its full, you need to dump your hopper by opening the bottom door where your coin containers are and press the switch with you refil key in and turned then press start or cancel to make the hopper try empty the coins it thinks it has which should then reset the hopper to £0 and then allow you to put coins in as normal.

Hi, Thanks, the hopper would not dump when the button was pressed and key turned but it gave me an idea. I loaded the machine with credits, when the machine never paid out the call manager sign came up. Switched off and on again turned refill key and it worked. Thanks for the help.
