MayGay Spinner 2.4 error

Hi all,

First i should say sorry for my bad english but it isn't my language so i hope you can understand me.

I have a maygay spinner,but recently i moved it to another room but it doesn't work well anymore.

Most of the time when i put the power on it gives me error 2.4 and sometimes i works normal but when i have some point on the supermeter and i want to play on the uppergame it also goes to error 2.4

I searched everywhere but i can't find the meaning of this error 2.4

Can anyone help me?????

error 2.4 is relating to yout feature or hi/lo reel on the top glass check that it proplerly mounted and not catching/rubbing on anything. also clean the black sensor on the reel
