fitting a second monitor to a elvis sit down machine

is it possible to get a elvis multi plr sit down machine to run a second monitor?ive tried connecting one in the spare output from pc while running grand casino on my elvis machine hoping it would use it, but it squashes it all on main screen 
thought maybe elvis itself might use it seing its a multi plr that i presume goes to a big screen when used with other machines but no..
