B3 £500 jp Reflex ThunderBirds

Only had machine 2 days and it took about £250 and then paid jackpot 3 times over next £100 takings, surely this cant be right? Its a B3 yet it has a cable coming from the machine(1 meter long)that goes to a number generator box that says section16 on it..Anyone know if this should be on?is this what makes it random?I looked in actual percentage it says 144%where it is set at 92%this cant be right when its just paid £1500 out .Anyway ive took the box off,machine seems to work with no alarms but not sure how it will play..did a check on meter it says its ok..anyone with any ideas?p.s actual percentage now says 136%...help

been in touch with reflex and was told v1.2 is well out of date.what it needs is v1.6 with a ram reset...Maybe software problem or pre owner has been playing it and had no coins in to payout so built up a high payout percentage,wether this is poss i dont know..P.S machine has just paid out ANOTHER jackpot this time on feature,took back £400 before doing so still no profit.Ordered the latest version software hope this does the trick,otherwise ill be skint...
