Hi all im getting noise from the speaker when the machine is on. sounds like interferance from the lights cause when the lights flash the speaker makes slight noise.

wot machine is it?

does the speaker still work? does it still make the right sounds just with a added constant whine

if this is thecase i'm affraid it's the PSU

Is it a Global or Maygay? Common problem with these machines. Power supply buzzes like mad when the lights are on

The speaker works fine.
just get the back ground noise when the lights flash. its not loud but its there in the bacground

My impulse "trailblazer" is the same, i just moved the speaker right inside the machine so i couldn't hear the buzzing, then turned the volume up a little.
