Simpsons duff beer security light problem

Hi all, Firstly thanks for taking the time to read this post,ive just bought this from a friend, it was working fine at his house and when we got it back to mine and plugged it in all the lights light up ect but nothing comes up on the lcd ? the red light is flashing next to the refill key position and there are 4 or five green led's on the motherboard they are all on apart from the security one which is flashing,i can find any movement sensors ect, anyone had a similar problem or no a way to get it to work?
