Bell Fruit Snakes and Ladders turning itself off

Post by dixie »

Only had this Machine a week never owned one before, Do Machines have a cut out feature? It has started to turn itself off and on or sometimes it does not switch back on. sometimes it can be every 5-20 mins other times it can go a couple of hours. Cannot understand how it would be feasable for a machine to do this in a business atmosphere.

There is 4 green lights on board but one of them is dimmer than the others the one ---* star indicates the dimmer one and there is a red light all lights are static and not flashing.

The Machine looks like it is powered off but the power switch inside the machine remains lit. If I switch this off and wait a couple of mins and switch back on it boots up again?? Any ideas?

We usually find that the power supply is at fault and changing it rectifies the problem.
