CANT GET MACHINE TO BOOT

I HAVE A BELLFRUIT THE BIG BREAKFAST MACHINE.THE POWER IS COMEING IN LED LIGHTS ARE ON .MAIN BOARD 4 GREEN LIGHTS ARE ON BUT THE REST IS DEAD .WOULD A DEAD MEMORY BATTERY CAUSE THIS . ANY HELP PLEASE .

is the program card (gamecard) with the software chips in properly. they often come loose. just ensure it is fully pushed in

YES ALL CONNECTIONS ARE FULLY PUSHED IN, ANY OTHER ADVICE.

other than the green L.E.D's to show the various voltages, you should see a red one, near the test and reset buttons
is it lit? or flashing at all?

HI YES THIS RED BUTTON IS FLASHING, I HAVE PRESSED THE RESET BUTTON, STILL NO GO .THANK U.

flashing means its stuck in reset loop,
could be the game card, check it's seated correctly, or try moving it to next slot (power off)
also check for a bent pin on the card and check power supply is not to hot, and that it's fan is spinning properly

HI HAVE CHECKED GAME CARD AND TRUYID MOVING IT.AND PWER SUPPLY IS NOT HOT.
