help needed for great escape fruit machine

I have a Maygay fruit machine - The Great Escape> when i turn the machine on it makes a clicking noise and a red bulp flashes on the inside of the machine which is labelled l8 - i have changed every fuse in the machine and have still got the same problem. Can anyone help??
