Bullseye Classic £5 JP - Alarm Problem

Few things here....
Firstly, it was erroring with a COIN MECH ERROR
Then it ERRORS with ON/OFF ALM 48 error
I would ideally like to be able to turn the alarm sound down or off
secondly I would like to be able to reduce the payout percentage to the minimum
and finally be able to start the machine from scratch so that it plays and paysout like a fresh new machine.
Any help given would be greatly received.
